Big Sky Golf Club receives hundreds of donation requests every year and we love to support our community.
In order to manage this process effectively, we ask that you please complete our online donation request form as outlined below.
The online submission process for donation applications takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please note, your application must be submitted in one session as it cannot be saved and returned to. You will receive an auto-reply confirming your submission when complete.
Big Sky Golf is committed to reviewing each sponsorship request at our monthly review meeting and will contact you directly.
- Applications must be received at least 45 days prior to the event, funding or prize request date.
- The Donations Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month and all applications being considered must be received by the 20th of the previous month i.e. March 2 meeting, the request must be received by February 20th.
- Online applications only will be accepted; no phone, fax, mail or email proposals, please.
