Levi Nelson was awarded the Favourite First Nations Artist by the Pique in the best of Pemberton Awards 2018. In March, Nelson won the IDEA Art Award, presented by the Healing Art Committee at Vancouver General Hospital, the UBC Hospital Foundation and the Emily Carr University of Art and Design. His work is now featured in UBC’s gallery alongside art by Andy Warhol, Jack Shadbolt, Fred Herzog, and other notable names.
